Hello everyone. Sorry I have not posted any new articles. Hey, I am not getting paid for this and plus, it is Christmas and New Years. We financial bloggers need a break too you know.
This article is just to let all my readers know that I will be back in Jan 2021. I am on vacation. I love writing and really helping people better themselves all around the world. I know I have many readers and followers from Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. Good people. Listen, if you read my stuff and put at least 10%, no 25% of what I recommend to practice, you will make it. Making money is not hard. It is hard to give up some pleasures in the short-term to rip the rewards in the long term.
Can you believe Covid-19 still here? Yes, we have the vaccine, but just as we get the vaccine we are now dealing with a mutation. U.K. and South Africa are hurting. Here we go again. Covid v2. Tell you what, just keep investing and saving. Let the economy work for you. All these pandemics are nothing new.
President Donald Trump signed the stimulus package this week. $900 billion! Wow that is a lot of money. Or should we say a lot of debt. Who is going to pay for all of this. Yes, you got it. You and me. All the people who work hard and sacrifice to have a better life. Uncle Sam wants his money to pay for those $2,000 checks that will be sent in Jan 2021.
Heads up! I decided to refinance one of my properties. My main home. I opted to use the bank I do business with. I will write an article about it after I close on my refinance loan. I went with the bank I have been working with for years for my business. But they made so many mistakes it is no joke. But I do not blame the bank. Like I always say, it is people who make mistakes and who are often mediocre at their job. I don’t now, maybe I am too picky. But certainly there are folks in the world with low IQs who really have no chance of improving their lives, financially and all.
